Accommodation

The Living Room -   Sit anywhere in the living room and you can see the sea and the Harlech mountains either through the large sliding doors or reflected in the huge mirror on the opposite side of the room.  Light the fire, listen to the seagulls and snuggle up with a cup of tea and iced buns from the local bakery and feel the tensions melt away. And for those rainy days, there is also a Smart TV and DVD player. 

The Study -   In addition to a new desk facing out to sea for those "working from home", the study is stocked with TV, DVD player, toys, games, puzzles and books to keep the children amused. This room has been recently decorated and a carpet fitted to make it cosier in the winter.

A well stocked kitchen was recently modernised and contains an integrated  fridge freezer and dishwasher.  Next to the kitchen is a downstairs loo and a utility room housing a washing machine and tumble drier.

The kitchen leads into an open plan dining room so that the whole family can eat together. A highchair is provided for our younger visitors. 

Upstairs are three bedrooms:  the two front bedrooms have king-sized beds and both have fabulous sea and mountain views. There is one twin bedded room at the back of the house and a small nursery bedroom with a 2'6" fold up bed, and a travel cot. It would suit a child or an adult not wishing to share the 3rd bedroom. There is a large bathroom with a walk in shower, separate bath, WC and large ladder radiator which can be used as a heated towel rail in the summer. 

Bedroom 2 -  Newly decorated last year with the addition of beautiful shutters at the windows. The bed has been positioned so that you can wake up to a sea view.  A window seat has been purpose built to enjoy the sea and mountain views. 

Bedroom 1 has now had a complete makeover.  The bed has been turned around to face the sea, the old fitted wardrobes have been removed and new bedroom furniture installed.  Shutters have been fitted and a window seat and dressing table complete the update.

The luxurious bathroom has a fitted shower; separate double ended bath, toilet, wash basin and large ladder radiator which can be used as a heated towel rail in summer.
